Job Title: Operations Administrator

Location: Welham Green

Hours: 9am - 5.30pm - Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: £24,000 - £26,000

Our client is seeking a dedicated Operations Administrator to join their team, as a vital member of our Logistics team.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of their Logistics team.

Job Description:

Producing and sending stock transfers

Warehouse operations summer planning and rotas

Making sure all deliveries go to correct locations

Make sure all deliveries are correctly barcoded and entered into TRIMS

Liaise with the procurement team with regards to deliveries and missing deliveries

Summer planning with regards to stock management

Warehouse health and safety - undertake monthly checks reporting any defects

Maintaining the web order spreadsheet and VSCommerce open orders

Manage all web order processing from receiving the order to delivery

Managing and undertaking warehouse stock checks

Make sure the warehouse is clearly and correctly labelled

Producing task lists for Warehouse Operatives

Answer stock queries from the retail shops

Get trained to use an embroidery machine and printing

Skills Required:
