Operations Administrator

Your new companyA Finance business operating from the headquarters based in Blackburn, Lancashire are now searching for an Operations Administrator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis, this is due to internal progression of the business, as they are now looking to expand.The working structure for this position is Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm flexible working hours can be provided along with one day hybrid working. Your new roleAs Operations Administrator your duties will include working with colleagues across all departments within the business ensuring workloads are managed in a timely & effective manner.You will provide direct support for colleagues working in other administration teams, along with problem solving and general administration duties, such as data entry, taking phone calls and overseeing a shared inbox. What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in securing this position you will need strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. You should be able to identify any errors and to have the ability to second check work and to take ownership. Along with strong time-management skills, with experience of working to tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities, as well as being an effective communicator, customer focused and a team player with self-motivation and drive.What you'll get in returnIn return, you will be paid a competitive annual salary up to £24,500 depending on experience and will be joining a successful growing business during an exciting period.Along with receiving 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, flexibility around hours (which are subject to business needs) and the ability to work at home one day a week.
