SalaryWe are currently recruiting for an Operations Administrator to join an award-winning health & beauty business based in Blackpool.
Established for more than 25 years, this business supply affordable health & beauty products to retailers across the UK and globally. Having won multiple awards for their innovative products they are looking to expand their team and are looking for an Administrator to support their busy Operations department.
This position would be ideal for someone who loves variety and would thrive in a job where no two days are ever the same.
Duties - Ensuring orders are received and dispatched promptly- Preparation of documentation and forms for deliveries ensuring compliance- Raising purchase orders, chasing expected orders and suppliers- Working alongside the logistics team to ensure outbound orders are processed and arrive with customers as promised- Working alongside the quality and technical teams to produce relevant paperwork
Salary, Hours & Benefits- £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (depending upon experience)- Company bonus scheme- 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays- Office based, 9am-5pm Monday to Friday in Bispham, Blackpool (FY2)- Free on-site parking, pension scheme and excellent opportunities to learn and progress
