SalaryI have an urgent temp requirement for an office-based role in Hemel Hempstead for an Operations Administrator. The hours: Monday - Friday 9am -17.00pm (30-minute lunch) The location: Hemel HempsteadThe salary: Hourly rate £13-£13.50 depending on experience, weekly pay every Friday! There is a possibility for the right candidate to go permanent in this role. PLEASE NOTE: Interviews are being held on Tuesday 23rd and Wednesday 24th January, if you are interested, please do not delay, apply today! - Working for a leading supplier in road safety electronics, you will be providing administrative support to your designated regional team.
- Collaborate with project and service managers.
- Handle incoming calls and enquiries.
- Manage inboxes.
- Manage Team schedules.
- Liaise with all parties to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document typing.
The person:
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Good Excel skills
- Be able to work in a high pressure environment
- Enjoy dealing with people.
