We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Administrator. Kinetik Wellbeing is a health and wellbeing business that prides itself on producing a range of cutting-edge health products to the everyday home. We are involved in all stages of product development from initial design to getting products on the shelves at some of the biggest UK retailers. Our quest is to become market leaders in our field, and we need your help.
As the backbone of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing administrative support across various departments. If you are a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing orders and coordinating retailer collections or deliveries.
- Liaising with other departments across the business, including our sales and logistics teams.
- Coordinating with external stakeholders, ensuring the seamless processing of orders, returns and any ad hoc queries.
- Data entry, generating reports and keeping our business system (Caliq) fully up to date.
- Responding to email and telephone queries.
- Ensuring invoices are processed in a timely manner and customer portals are accurately updated.
- Monitoring inventory levels and queries, feeding back any potential issues.
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to ensure that customer queries are handled efficiently.
- Other ad hoc administration as and when required.
About You:
- One years' previous experience in an administrative position.
- Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Eagerness to learn and apply yourself.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
- A proactive mindset and a willingness to take initiative.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
