Our client based in Woking are seeking an Operations Administrator to support their Customer Service team. This role will involve handling enquiries and administration. There will also be a financial admin aspect to this role.
Duties:
- Handle and process information from customers
- Use the finance system to reconcile incoming payments
- Updating information in line with products
- Support internal colleagues and stakeholders with queries
- Data entry on a daily basis
Experience:
- Confident user of CRM systems
- Relevant experience in data administration/customer support previously
- Strong data entry skills
- Excellent organisational skills
