£14.00 Per hourWe are seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to join the operations team at our Stagecoach Plymouth Depot.
The successful candidate will undertake all aspects of local administration as well as providing vital clerical support to the Operations Management Team.
Duties Will include:
- Managing local software
- Assisting with Payroll where needed
- Complaint Handling
- Completing administration work, I.E, Filing, ensuring paperwork completed correctly. special events etc.
- additional work deemed necessary by Operations Management Team.
Candidate must have:
- Good communication
- have good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Self motivated
- Accuracy and quality
- Ability to plan and prioritise
- Flexibility
- Be able to work as part of a team, as well as on your own.

This role is a permanent role based on a 30 hour contract per week, 5 days per week. This will be paid on 21st of each month.
