Our client is looking to expand their team and are looking for a Part timeOperations Administrator to join their team.
As and Operations Administrator you will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting the MD and senior team with all round administrative tasks.
- To assist clients where required via email and on the telephone.
- To process sales orders .
- To complete credit control
- To update the internal system with client information.
- To process stock requests.
- To manage the internal inbox / emails.
- To liaise with third parties to manage stock and arrange deliveries.
- To complete all round administration.
- To ensure that internal processes are being followed.
The ideal Operations Administrator will have / be.
- Good all-round administration skills and experience.
- Be experienced in using Microsoft Office Word , excel and outlook.
- Will have credit control experience and be confident in chasing outstanding debt.
- Will be process driven.
- Will have the ability to work within a small team.
- Will be confident in multitasking and adaptable to change.
- Will have good communication skills and experience.
- Previous experience with bookkeeping would be advantageous but not essential.
