Monday to Friday 8am-5pm (1 hour lunch break) 40 hour per week
A leader within their field, a manufacturing client of ours based close to the Town centre are on the look out for an Operations Assistant to join their team of 3 to work until May 2025 to cover maternity leave. You must be able to commit to the full 15 months as all training will be given.
This is a busy role where you will be involved in a variety of different duties from planning, scheduling through to updating customers and working closely with the warehouse team.
If you describe yourself as confident, a great communicator, organised, self-motivated and approach tasks with a methodical approach this role could be perfect for you!
- Planning, scheduling, and processing customer orders.
- Communicating with customers both over the phone and email to update them on their orders.
- Update system
- Work closely with the Operations Supervisor
- Work closely with the sales office
- All administration associated with this role
- Use the ERP system SAP MAN.
System experience:
- MS office Packages
- SAP MAN or similar ERP system experience will be advantageous but not essential.
