Operations Assistant

C&C Search is currently recruiting an Operations Assistant to join a fantastic team and inspiring not-for-profit organisation located in Central London. Flexible working is offered.

Position: Operations Assistant

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Hybrid set up: 4 days in office and 1 from home ideally (weekly basis)

Key responsibilities for this Operations Assistant position:

• Being the point of contact and handling queries for events and programmes
• Inbox management and scheduling
• Managing and updating CRM system
• Coordinating event logistics and supporting with marketing and comms

What background and experience are the company looking for?

• Previous experience within an operations or admin role ideally for a not-for-profit or similiar environment
• Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft packages (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong team player with experience of working in a fast paced environment in hyper growth
