Job description

The Transaction Reporting team work in a fast paced friendly environment where they're charged with giving clients the certainty that their transactions are reported in an accurate and timely manner. The Transaction Reporting team are looking for a new team member who is able to excel, whether working as part of a dedicated thriving team or on solo projects, with a desire to influence internal change in an ever-evolving regulatory climate.

What you'll be doing

  • Ensure the timely and accurate completion of Transaction Reporting reconciliations
  • Analyse and resolve exceptions for MiFID II Transaction Reporting.
  • Resolving a backlog of exceptions from the BAU environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive the prompt resolution of any discrepancies found
  • Contribute to ensuring all relevant controls are robust, operated effectively and fully documented
  • Automating and improving processes within and outside of the direct team

  • Computer literate, particularly with Microsoft Excel

Interview Process

Our interview process involves a competency-based online interview conducted via Microsoft Teams.

Working Schedule

This role is based at our Bristol head office, BS1 5HL. We offer flexible working hours, spanning Monday to Friday between 8 am and 6 pm. Once you've completed your training, gained phone confidence, and passed your three-month probation, hybrid working options become available.
