Vehicle Operations Specialist - Bristol (VAN PROVIDED) ASAP Start!

Are you looking for a flexible and fun job that allows you to drive around your city and work with e-scooters and e-bikes? If so, you might be the perfect candidate for the Vehicle Operations Specialist role!

There are two shifts available. You will only need to do one:

2pm-10:30pm - £13.33 per hour
10pm-6:30am - £14.40 per hour (Nights)

The hub is based in Brislington (BS4 5)

As a Vehicle Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Driving a van around your city in order to maintain a fleet of vehicles (including e-scooters and e-bikes) using a smartphone app
• Deploying, collecting, and relocating vehicles; and replacing batteries of the vehicles
• Checking and documenting any damage or repairs needed, and carrying out minor repairs on site
• Working with colleagues and the Operations Manager in the city to improve operational processes and ensure a great service for residents in the city

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A valid EU class B driving license, previous experience with driving van is considered as a plus but not required
• Knowledge of using smartphones / apps
• Ability to work conscientiously and with a focus on safety
• Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends
• Prior experience in delivery & logistics is valuable but not required
• Overall good physical condition - work requires lifting weights
• Knowledge of the cities is a plus
• Ability to read maps
