Our client, a meter solutions company based in Basingstoke is looking to recruit an Operations/Logistics Coordinator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The company offer hybrid working of 3 days office based and 2 days home based, 25 days holiday plus your birthday off.
KEY ROLE
- Day-to-day completion of business operational activities within SAP system to be completed within a compliant time frame E.g., goods receipt, stock movements, delivery notes.
- Coordinate and manage tasks to ensure delivery within timelines.
- Ensure compliance with industry & company standards, and logistics procedures.
- Provide information by answering questions and requests, document and communicate needed actions to customer service.
- Generate and maintain documentation to audit standards for import and export of goods.
- Maintain internal delivery schedule -tracking in bound shipments of finished goods and deliveries.
- Join and minute weekly meetings with third party logistics suppliers.
- Schedule Outbound deliveries to customers of finished goods with third party warehouses.
- Tracking incidents with third party logistics provider, while maintaining internal incident log.
REQUIREMENTS
- Intermediate Word and Excel.
- Experience using SAP or similar system.
- Strong Communication skills.

- Self-motivated and tenacious
