We have an exciting opportunity for a Operations Coordinator to join an upbeat and fast-growing team. They are looking for a professional yet friendly individual to join their busy office in Ringwood to provide excellent customer service and be first point of contact for all customers and engineers.

- Monday - Friday with weekend overtime availability.

Responsibilities:
- Answering a high volume of new inbound enquiries via phone, live chat and contact forms.
- Taking payments from customers over the phone.
- Handling incoming complaints with efficiency.
- Managing a diary of customers and jobs to understand customers needs.
- Supervising an extensive range of job data and applying tasks where necessary.
- Responsible for dealing with inbound email inbox, distributing enquiries to the right place and handling a volume of customer service enquiries.
- Upholding quality control standards for every job undertaken.
- Reviewing engineers job reports to ensure all job requirements are met.
- Creating and issuing Survey reports.
- Undertaking general administrative tasks as required.
What we require from you:
- Have excellent communication and phone handling skills.
- Proficient in using excel, word, PDFs, CRM systems etc.
- Previous experience in a similar customer service role.
- Be able to interact with customers in a professional, calm and compassionate manner.
- Adept to multitasking and working independently in a past faced environment.
