They have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Coordinator / Account Manager to join their team!
Work Schedule:
* 4.5 days per week, office-based.
* Monday to Thursday: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
* Friday: 8:30 am to 1:30 pm.
Responsibilities: Including but not limited to, the following make up 80% of your daily tasks.
* Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage invoices.
* Coordinate with clients and production to ensure accurate information.
* Handle domestic and international shipments, including customs paperwork.
* Track order progress and production status through reports.
* Customs processing, import, and export.
* Build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships.
* Update price lists and manage material approvals.
* Address client queries and communicate with production planners.
* Greet visitors and assist with various administrative tasks.
Requirements:
* Experience with CRM systems.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Strong computer skills, MS Office suite, etc.
* Basic CAD knowledge would be beneficial but not necessary, training can be provided.
* Ability to thrive in a time-sensitive environment.
