They have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Coordinator / Account Manager to join their team!Work Schedule: 4.5 days per week, office-based. Monday to Thursday: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Friday: 8:30 am to 1:30 pm.Responsibilities: Including but not limited to, the following make up 80% of your daily tasks. Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage invoices. Coordinate with clients and production to ensure accurate information. Handle domestic and international shipments, including customs paperwork. Track order progress and production status through reports. Customs processing, import, and export. Build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships. Update price lists and manage material approvals. Address client queries and communicate with production planners. Greet visitors and assist with various administrative tasks.Requirements: Experience with CRM systems. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong computer skills, MS Office suite, etc. Basic CAD knowledge would be beneficial but not necessary, training can be provided. Ability to thrive in a time-sensitive environment.
