Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Salary: £24,000-£25,000 per annum
Location: Welwyn Garden City
Contract: Permanent - full time
Hours: Monday to Friday - 9:00am - 5:00pm (Hybrid working- 2 days at home)
 
COMPANY PROFILE
Our established client based in the Heart of Welwyn Garden City is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join their expanding team.
 
This role will suit someone with excellent customer service skills, who has experience from working within an Operational Support role, and providing a service of excellence to all those they support on a daily basis.
 
With spacious, bright and modern offices in a great commutable location to public transport, this is an ideal position for someone who wants to remain within a business long term, and progress with a reputable brand within the Training Industry.
 
This position will involve completing Operations Support administration in line with business requirements, and deliver Customer Service to field staff, groups members of the business, and customers alike which meets and exceeds expectations. 
 
The role will follow the compliance, policies, and procedures of the team.

SKILLS REQUIRED
 
·Experience within a fast-paced office-based customer service role
·Strong Microsoft skills, including Excel and Outlook
·You will be a team player
· Excellent administration and organisational skills
· Passionate and enthusiastic, with the ambition to develop within your role
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
 
·Handling incoming calls and handling queries about the company products
·Responding to emails and following SLAs
·Supporting the Operations team
·Deliver customer service to field staff
·Ensuring customers are happy with the service received and return
·Updating customer records
·Sending out confirmations to customers
·Co-ordinating various training courses for customers
·Maintain good personal internal & external working relationships
·Participate in a culture which encourages continuous improvement, putting your ideas for improvement forward in a constructive way, via the appropriate channels.
