Job Description
- Facilitate efficient communication between Chinese partner schools and the global alliance.
- Manage customer service inquiries from Chinese market, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
- Conduct market research to understand educational trends in China.
- Assist in the planning and execution of cross-cultural events and initiatives.
- Support the sales team in business development activities within the Chinese market.
- Provide administrative support when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and adhere to company policies and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Operations Executive should:
- Have experience with budget preparation and management
- Fluency in English and Mandarin to effectively handle the Chinese market.
- Strong interest in education and international business.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, cross-cultural team.
- Operational experience in Education or Travel industries preferred but not essential.
