Job Description
Seeking an experienced and motivated Global Operations Support Leader, to lead operational improvements across manufacturing, supply chains, engineering, project management, and services. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the complexities of operations in different locations, regions, and demographics. This role requires influential leadership skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to implement process driven operational efficiency improvements.
Essential Responsibilities
- Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- The role requires extensive travel globally to operating sites and regions.
- Coaching Regional Teams for Continuous Improvement: The role entails coaching regional teams, including lean and functional leaders, to drive continuous improvement efforts effectively.
- Responsible for instilling a culture of innovation and efficiency within the regional teams to implement lean methodologies and enhance operational performance.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proven track record in leading and managing operational teams
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives, drive change, and achieve sustained results.
- Experience in the energy sector, including familiarity with manufacturing, engineering, quality, safety, and maintenance operations is highly desirable.
- Ability to travel internationally.
