What's the Role?
My client is in need of an operations Manager to shape the educational landscape, contributing significantly to the operational management of the educational team in the Midlands. In this role, your responsibilities will span various areas, including providing first-line management to a small team of tutors, overseeing resource planning, and managing day-to-day operations to meet various targets. Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, you'll handle matters related to staffing, rooms, timetabling, and much more. Moreover, you will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement in education quality and learner experience, contributing to the quality management of the company's offerings. You'll also contribute to curriculum review and development to ensure high-quality, engaging materials that meet employer and learner needs.
What Skills Will You Have?
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have previous experience within an educational management role or similar environment.
