We have a fantastic new vacancy for an Operations / Fleet Manager. Our client is a West Midlands based Vehicle Hire Specialist with over 20 years’ worth of experience in the industry and a fleet of over 200 vehicles available for tailored hire packages.

Operations / Fleet Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure vehicle compliance is adhered to at all times, including MOT requirements,
• Planning and analysing budgets and expenditures to ensure profitability of routes
• Enforcing industry laws and regulations and company policies
• Oversee transport employees, ensuring exceptional service delivery to the valued customers.
• Efficiently utilise a fleet of over 250 vehicles and drivers through effective planning.
• Maintain regular contact with the maintenance team to keep our vehicles in optimal condition.

Operations / Fleet Manager Key Skills:

• You will need a super organised, can-do attitude.
• You will need to be a focused, confident, clear communicator with excellent customer services skills.
• The ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively and delegate appropriately.
• Have a positive and focused attitude when dealing with all colleagues
