Job Description
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the vehicle fleet, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Implement and monitor safety and compliance measures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers.
- Manage fleet budgets and control costs.
- Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures.
- Regularly review and update fleet operations in line with industry best practice.
- Provide regular reports on fleet performance and efficiency.
- Lead a team to deliver high-quality fleet management services.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Fleet Manager should have:
- A degree in logistics, transport management or a related field.
- Experience in fleet management or a related role within the logistics sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to managing challenges.
