We are on an exciting journey of growth which has opened up a new opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our teams across London and the southern home counties such as Surrey and Middlesex. You will report to the current Operations Director, and will take responsibility for directly line managing a number of Branch Managers across the business.

The successful applicant will be someone who can operate at a senior level and demonstrate a natural ability to lead others and drive growth and performance, alongside a willingness to roll up their sleeves and get stuck into any activity when needed. While this is offered as a Hybrid role, it's essential that you are willing to travel and work between our two London offices in Bloomsbury and Kingston-upon Thames when needed.
As an Operations Manager should lead by example, being able to demonstrate transferable experience in order to coach and lead your teams. You should be able to demonstrate our company's core values and always be a strong ambassador for Protocol Education.

Job Details:

• You will drive growth across your region and inspiring your managers to do the same, through effective coaching and people management skills.
  As an Operations Manager you will be expected to:
• Manage the performance of your teams, Branch Managers and individual Recruitment Consultants.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, senior leadership teams and your fellow Operations Managers to achieve your strategic goals.
• Manage and oversee client relationships and business development
• Ensure educator recruitment and attraction is meeting supply demands and always maintaining consistent quality
• Ensure the wellbeing, productivity, and effectiveness of all individuals across your Region
• Meet quality and compliance expectations ensuring that policies are adhered to at all times and the highest standards of safeguarding are met.

• Experience in managing the performance of a Region as well as the underperformance of individual desks and branches.
