Operations Manager
Paisley Site Services are actively looking for an operations Manager to join an Electrical Engineering company in Teesside on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Project and People Management , within an Electrical Engineering environment and bring potential clients and opportunities from previous relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Managing a team of office staff and Service Engineers
- RAMS/ Workpacks
- Supervising the scheduling of Engineers work load daily
- Providing any additional support and training when necessary
- Managing multiple projects at one time
- Providing Technical Support
- Travelling to customer sites locally as and when required by the business
Knowledge & Experience
• Ideally will have a background within Electrical Engineering or a technical engineering role
• Previous Project Management and People Management experience
• The ability to manage multiple projects at one time
• Excellent IT Skills
• Highly motivated with the ability to motivate and encourage others
