Operations Manager Salary: £29,439 - £36,298 pro rata (£23,869 - £29,431 actual, pay review pending). Job shares considered. Hours: 30 hours per week Location: The post holder will work from Citizens Advice Brighton and Hove (CABH) offices in Hove Town Hall. Citizens Advice Brighton and Hove is seeking an Operations Manager to join our Leadership Team Context of role: Leading on operational matters and on service delivery for our core advice service, the successful candidate will work closely with the CEO, Projects Manager and Partnerships Manager, and line manage a core advice staff team. Role purpose: This multifaceted position involves managing operations for the charity, contributing to the strategic development of the organisation, and line management responsibilities. The successful candidate will maintain high standards of service delivery and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. They will help our organisation maintain a warm, inclusive culture that welcomes change and new ideas. Scope of role: This Operations Manager position requires an individual with strong leadership abilities, who can lead on developing services and systems, and offer support on most aspects of the operational running of the charity. The ideal candidate will have experience of the advice sector, skills in operational management and a good working knowledge of IT and communication systems and software.
