Exciting new opportunity to join Whatley Manor Hotel as Operations Manager. We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on hospitality professional with a minimum of 3 years operational management experience gained in 4 or 5 Red star hotel setting – ideally with a strong food and beverage background, gained in high end dining (Michelin experience preferred). You will have a very keen eye for detail and exceptional guest service skills to support our management team in the day to day running of our 5 star hotel where luxury and service are everything.
This vacancy would suit someone looking to develop their career upwards, into a role which crosses all departments and is integral to the day to day operation of our business. We are looking for someone with well developed communication and people management skills, and a positive and professional attitude, someone with gravitas and credibility who will provide the day to day glue between all departments, ensuring the highest level of service is provided for our guests.
