Operations Project Manager - Available Immediately

6 month PAYE - London (Hybrid 3 days in the City Centre offices) £200 - £230 per day

FPSG are supporting our established global client with an exciting opportunity for a Operations Project Manager on a 6-month temp role, based in London.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an active existing project with Operational Taxes to provide project management support to key product leads and stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Support day to day running of team, supporting Product Owners and Leadership teams with planning, resources and project mapping
• Creation and co-ordination of Fleet level deliverables such as budget cycles, performance indicators and project updates
• Monthly Fleet Steering Committee slide deck co-ordinating with Product Lead and Owners to deliver high quality effective reporting
• Own leadership of specific workstreams including implementation of a vendor-created tooling driving change within the Operations organisation

You will have the following skills:

• Prince2 or Prince2Agile qualification
• Strong experience of Project Management with ability to lead change
• Project Management in Financial Serves highly desirable
• Organisation of day to day team deliverables, lead daily meetings and set out necessary project governance, goals, planning and metrics
• Solid organisation and execution skills, delivering to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication and proven experience to deliver senior stakeholder level reporting
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels and cross functional teams
• High level Powerpoint skills, manipulating & analysing data in Excel using Pivot Tables, Vlookups, Charting functions.
• Experience of using Rally & JIRA
