German Language Proficiency is MustWhat you will do:
- Answer multiple incoming lines, emails and chats and respond or our Channel Partners and Brand contacts
- Review marketing materials against an established set of program guidelines and brand standards
- Perform QC on claims, verifying and updating information on submitted claims, reviewing the policy to determine which charges are eligible for reimbursement, reconciling a claim, negotiating payment to all parties and following up to ensure that payments are made
- Review and apply relevant geographic tax and VAT guidelines to claims
- Oversee tax invoice collections
- Working with Finance teams to ensure payments are made in line with SLA
- Responsible for payments process Rebates and MDF
- Perform software functionality quality assurance checks
- Project support during rollout of a new client or for existing clients, including system configuration
- Train and onboard partners both at launch and ongoing
- Execute email campaigns
- Complete administrative tasks and other duties to support the client operations and marketing/communications teams
Qualifications / Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in marketing/advertising preferred
- Fluent in German language with prior experience working with German clients
- 2+ years' experience in a fast-paced office environment with administrative and/or customer service experience
- Proven technical competence including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
- Ability to organize work, multitask and meet deadlines
- Exceptional ability to work within a team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
