Operations support role based in our Liverpool office, great environment and a business undergoing exciting period of growth. Salary negotiable (dependant on experience) and bonus scheme available.

Role

We are presently seeking a Operations Support role to work across a range of projects and activities within the exciting Compliance Chain team. Your day to day tasks vary and could include: platform demonstrations, client communications, securing business accreditations, reviewing client documentation and supporting the team with any other day to day tasks. This is a flexible role with an exciting prospect and growth/development opportunities.

The candidate must be a highly organised, methodical in their approach, self-motivated, driven individual and will ideally have construction experience with excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of the Compliance Chain platform
• Manage internal/external accreditations
• Build a rapport with our clients
• Monitor and analyse business information
• Monitor/resolve support queries
• Review/assess the accuracy of compliance records
• Professional across all communication methods
• The ability to take own initiative and prioritise workload
• The ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines
• The ability to work well within a team and individually
• Perform other duties as required by the Operations Manager

Skills & Attributes Required

• Construction Industry experience
• Computer literate
• Proficient on Microsoft packages
• Professionally presented and a confident/clear communicator
• A positive and proactive approach to work
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills at all levels
• Flexible and adaptable to a rapidly changing workplace / environment
