DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking an Operations Support Manager to play a vital rolecoordinating site activities and projects whilst supporting the General Manager and Site Management Team.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
- Creating and coordinating regional training plans with the Operational Teams
- Oversee the customer contract with responsibility for relationship building, performance and associated site activity, including meeting H&S KPI's and responsibility of site audits
- Overseeing and improving KPI reporting process, including creating reports in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI to present findings to the Senior Team and Customer
- Supporting regional projects and initiatives whilst managing CI and PI activity
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
- Experience in a similar operational or people management role, within Supply Chain or Drinks logistics
- IT Literate - experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerBI to create reports and analyse data
- Driven and passionate with the ability to work alone using own initiative
- Well organised, able to prioritise tasks with excellent time management skills
- IOSH certification is desirable, but not essential
