Operations Support Manager

Due to business growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Support Manager to join our fantastic team supporting the operation of our school within the Cambridgeshire area.

This role sits within our Education division - catering for students. Dedicated to providing high-quality, nutritious, fresh, and sustainable food for our younger generation, we're 100% committed to supporting a healthy diet. What you'll be doing

The responsibilities for the Operations Support Manager are:

• Forming successful working client relationships by being pro-active, positive and attending client meetings as per the business need
• Training & development of our on-site teams
• Commercial accountability including maximising sales growth & cost control
• Compliance across the Group
• Financial reporting to the Operations Manager
• Flexibility to travel to other sites when required, expenses will be paid for traveling to other sites if required

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week, term time only

• Proven experience in contract catering within a field-based role

• Leadership qualities, inspiring and motivating a large, diverse team

• Experience in managing multiple sites required

• Confidence with numbers

• Profit and loss management

• Experience within a similar sector is desirable
