Operations Support Manager - High Wycombe - Up to £55,000/year + Bonus
There is now a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Manager to join my client, a global manufacturer of scientific instruments based in High Wycombe. This role has a variety of responsibilities within business operations and business improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Management and support of the company's Health & Safety system.
- Ensure the company facilities are maintained in order to continue business operations without interruption.
- Manage the company's new hire induction process and training needs.
- Overall management and support of the company's IT systems.
- Take responsibility for the operation and improvement of company systems to ensure the company is positioned to satisfy our customers, employees, and legal responsibilities.
- Promote and encourage continuous improvement in the organisation.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Good interpersinal skills with self-motivation.
- Experience in working with a vendors and overseeing vendor contracts.
- Business acumen.
- Comfortable using MS Office and MS Sharepoint software.
