Your role as an Operations Support Supervisor will be to support the Operations Manager in the day to day running of the business …
- Overseeing staff, rotas and ensuring cover for all jobs booked.
- Managing rotas, timesheets, accommodation, and expenses.
- Resolving discrepancies in timesheets and invoices.
- Managing KPI’s and various reports.
- Covering staff absence when required.
- Dealing with recruitment agencies.
- Hands on day to day activities as and when required.
Successful applicants
Our client is looking for a supervisor from a logistics background, also possessing the skills and knowledge to oversee certain aspects of the day-to-day operation and deputise for the operations manager in their absence.
You will possess a good geographical knowledge of the UK, coupled excellent communication and IT Skills.
You will be a motivated self-starter, who is organised with the ability to think on their feet.
You will need strong leadership skills.
