Oracle Business Analyst

9-12 months contract (up to £550 per day, Outside IR35)

Hybrid (Travel required to the client's Croydon office, 3 days a week)

We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst to leverage their existing experience to support an Oracle Payroll implementation at an Education company based in East Croydon. This opportunity will ensure that Payroll processes and data are documented, completed and appropriated to run payroll for the organisation.

The role will also ensure that the business change impacts are clearly identified and appropriately included within revised processes and training plans. The current payroll function is outsourced, and the project will manage the transition of this arrangement to a new in-house function.

The Business Analyst will work closely with the Payroll Manager, the payroll Project Manager and with their Oracle Implementation experts.

You will be responsible for structuring and creating a set of end-to-end processes, which will be appropriately levelled and required to run Payroll function. The role will also involve assessing existing set of services provided by outsource partner and ensuring that these services are included within defined processes. Additionally, you will support the development of the testing strategy, plans and scripts with well documented processes and appropriate scenarios.

Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with Oracle payroll and/or Cloud based technology experience.
• Extensive experience in delivering robust end to end processes that are clearly structured and levelled.
• Excellent research and analytic skills.
• Ability to be proactive and delivery driven.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience writing and managing process documentation.
