Organisational Design Consultant / Manager / OD Consultant / Design / Ex Consultancy (ideally Big 4) / Transformation / Strategy / System Structure Design Principles / Layers / Ways of Working / Roffey Park / Burke Litwin / Galbraith / McKinsey / 3-6 month contract / Day rate neg on experience.

One of our leading clients is looking to recruit an experienced Organisational Design Consultant.

Location - Warwickshire / Remote

Duration - 3-6 months

Day Rate - negotiable on experience

Experience:

• Must be an experienced / proven OD Design Consultant - real SME in this area
• Worked with various models such as Burke Litwin, Galbraith's or McKinsey's models
• Qualification; Roffey Park or similar
• Ideally previously worked in a Consultancy in the past - Big 4
• Strategy, system structure design principles, layers and spans of control, ways of working development
• Must have led large OD programmes for companies undergoing transformation
