St John’s Primary School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, and highly motivated Out of School Club Manager to join us in supporting our ever expanding Out Of School provision.
As an Out of School Club Manager, you will:
• Manage and lead a team of play workers effectively to deliver excellent childcare provision
• Ensure the delivery of high quality childcare in a safe and caring environment, working to national standards
• Plan, organise and manage events and activities and promote them through effective marketing
• Manage Occupancy levels
• Ensure that appropriate materials, resources and equipment are available and in safe working order
• Ensure effective communication liaison with parents and other professionals
• Has a full and relevant EYFS Level 3 qualification
• Has excellent communication skills
• Is a team player with drive and determination
• Be a highly motivated, enthusiastic and organised person who can work on their own initiative as well as part of a team.

Contract Type: Monday to Friday 30 hours per week (12.00pm – 6.00pm)
Contract Term: Permanent
Salary: Scale G - £26,421-£28,770 (dependent on experience fte)
Start Date: 1st September 2024
