Job Title: Outbound Collections Specialist
Salary: £24,000 per annum
OTE (On-Target Earnings): Up to £35,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Collections: Proactively contact businesses and individuals to recover outstanding parking fines.
- Negotiation: Employ effective negotiation techniques to secure payments and establish mutually agreeable repayment plans.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communication, payment arrangements, and debtor information.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and ethical standards in debt collection practices.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months in an outbound B2B collections role, demonstrating success in outbound.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate payment terms and negotiate effectively.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a challenging environment.
- Organisation: Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset to work effectively within a team-oriented atmosphere.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing processes and procedures in a dynamic work environment.
- Ethical Conduct: Demonstrate a high level of integrity and ethical conduct in dealing with debtors and colleagues.
