An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Collections Agent to join a credit management company based in Manchester. Due to growth within the business, they now seek dynamic, enthusiastic members to join their team. If you have a background in collections, banking, utilities, or good inbound/outbound experience. Main Duties:
- Accomplishing the efficient and timely collection of debts
- Taking inbound and outbound calls
- Arranging payment within the FCA guidelines
- Ensuring customer's payments are kept up to date Meeting and exceeding KPI'S within quality cash collocations and productivity
- Negotiating payment arrangements
- Assessing customers' ability to pay outstanding balances
- Liaising with clients via the in-house system to resolve outstanding queries
- Communicating over the phone and by email with clients
Skills:
- Strong Negotiation Skills
- Disciplined approach to time keeping and processes
- Good questioning skills
- Confident working under pressure
- Ability to work to targets and exceed KPI's
