Adecco are supporting a dynamic and customer-focused client to recruit highly motivated individuals to join their Outbound Customer Service team based in NE11.
Position Overview:
As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to existing customers, answer enquiries, and ensure their needs are met. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Please note this is a Customer Service role and No Sales calls/targets are required.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Outbound Customer Service calls to existing customers to inform them of updates.
- Provide product/service information and answer customer queries.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the company's system.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
About you:
- Previous experience in Outbound Customer Service or Customer Service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.
- Familiarity with in house systems and computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This is a full time, temporary position for a minimum of 12 weeks. Working Monday to Friday 09.00am until 17.00pm. You will be based onsite and you may have the option for Hybrid working.
