Role: Executive Assistant providing professional support to the Managing Director in a fast-paced event industry. Responsibilities include email & diary management, travel coordination, team administration, budget monitoring, CRM management, and supporting key clients. The role involves flexible working hours, travel to event locations, and collaboration with the Operations Director.
Experience & Skills:
- 2 years in the event industry, 3 years minimum as an Executive Assistant
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
