We have a fantastic opportunity for a PA/Executive Assistant to join our client based in Yeovil.
As part of a major aviation logistics site, our client is seeking a PA to provide senior management support. You will play a crucial role in optimising the efficiency and effectiveness of the senior leadership team.
Providing comprehensive PA support, manage schedules, co-ordinate communications and handle a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office and relevant teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office will be key to be able to deliver in this role.
The role will include calendar management, travel coordination, management communication as well as assisting with preparing and editing of documentation and reporting.
Our client is looking for someone with experience of being a PA to Senior Management with a high level of flexibility, from meeting and greeting customers and visitors, preparing meeting rooms and general tasks as requested by the Senior Leadership Team.
Attention to detail, discretion, great communication skills both written and verbal with ability to multitask and communicate across all levels of the business functions are a key deliverable in the role.
Hours: 37 per week, flexible start, and finish times between 8am and 6pm based in our client’s new state of the art site in Yeovil.
