Are you ready to dive into the dynamic world of global entertainment with one of the industry's most innovative companies? We're seeking a talented and organised individual to join the team as a Personal Assistant & Finance Assistant.
In this multifaceted role, you'll split your time between supporting our CFO as a Personal Assistant (70%) and assisting our finance team (30%). From managing diaries and travel arrangements to processing accounts payable invoices, your role will be essential to ensuring smooth operations across our finance department.
Responsibilities:
- Personal Assistant to CFO: You'll handle diary management, meeting arrangements, and ensure the CFO is well-prepared for all engagements with all necessary documentation
- Finance Assistant: Your responsibilities will include processing accounts payable invoices, payroll, month-end journals, and assisting with corporate audits.
- Administrative Support: From organising quarterly board meetings to managing travel arrangements, you'll provide crucial administrative support to our finance and executive teams.
- 4 years+ experience in a PA capacity
- Experience in a finance administrative role or a genuine interest in finance
- A multitasking maestro with a positive, solution-focused approach to challenges.
- A mature, professional and dedicated approach
- Collaborative spirit, and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, can-do attitude are essential.
