Duties:
- Provide PA support to members of the team
- Attend meetings
- Support and work closely with the other PAs
- Reporting on the office updates
- Arrange Meetings and organise diaries
- Arranging and setting up Conference Calls
- Booking Flights, Hotels and Trains
- Creating presentations for the team
- Data entry on CRM system
- Face of the Company
- Meeting and greeting clients and / or any external guests
- Ordering Office Supplies
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Managing filing systems
- Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging any maintenance as required
- Arranging new starters inductions, IT equipment / set up, phone and starter kit
- Liaising with IT on any issues within the office and implementing work required
- Implementing H&S policy in the office
- Developing and implementing new admin systems
- Monthly Office Expenses
- Setting Up of Meeting Rooms
- Answering the switchboard, transferring calls & taking detailed messages when required
- Organising events
