My client is a successful construction company who have a very small office comprising of 10 staff, they are currently going through an exciting period including an office upgrade. They are looking for an ambitious Office Manager to join the on a permanent basis.
Duties :
- Project managed the new office fit out and move.
- Take the lead on sorting out supply chain annual framework agreements
- Several accreditations that need to be updated annually
- Producing intricate data for tenders Quoting and collating cost in the background
- Collating information and submitting PQQ's New suppliers and clients this could be very useful
- Composing monthly company newsletter
- Awareness of relevant construction regulations
- Ensuring sub-contractor's insurance is current and maintaining a pre-approved database.
- Assisted the Estimating Department with the tendering process and submissions.
- Oversee quoting and assist when others are off
- Kept up to date on any changes in industry regulations and adapted in-house documentation and systems to ensure compliance.
- Expand and maintain Rosewood's marketing through the website and social media/ LinkedIn.
- Ensure building compliance, i.e. Fire alarm testing, PAT testing, annual gas safety checks etc.
- Managing all Soft Service activities to include security, office cleaning & kitchen facilities.
- Manage the sites Hard Services which include M&E, HVAC, plumbing, boilers, gas, lighting, electrical etc.
