Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director's calendar and schedule appointments
- Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the Director
- Organise and maintain confidential files and documents
- Assist with project management and follow-ups
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
