Your new company
To identify and provide high level, highly effective, confidential and responsive Executive Assistant support to the Director of Insight & Policy assisting them with their priorities by providing guidance on the duties and the responsibilities that fall within the Director's remit.
Your new role
What you\'ll need to succeed
-Diary and Time management. Plan, manage and co-ordinate the Director\'s diary.
-Inbox management/admin roles
-Delivery of priority projects which includes contributing content; overseeing timelines, working with stakeholders.
- Have a close working relationship with other directorates and wider senior leader team.
- Budgeting/ resource planning
-Meet with business partners
-helping to facilitate office move.
-Systems/processes
-Budgets, tools, resource, run leadership team meetings
-Write action notes/minutes
The role is Hybrid 1 day a week at home
