We have an amazing opportunity for an experience PA, with excellent people skills, to work for an inspirational Head Teacher of an outstanding Prep School in Oxfordshire.  This is the perfect role for a PA who is looking to be a right hand support in a high achieving environment.  The ideal candidate will be based within Oxfordshire, have experience of working within a school environment and have solid PA skills.  This role will be fast paced, demanding and extremely rewarding.  Apply immediately to avoid disappointment!

Duties will include:

• Complex diary management
• Meeting and greeting guests
• Minuting meetings
• Compiling reports
• Answering the phone
• Assisting with reports
• Ad hoc support when required

Requirements:

• Positive and can do attitude
• Highly organised
• Empathetic
• Strong PA experience

The successful candidate must be available to work during all term times and will receive an allowance of 6 weeks holiday.   Along with a competitive Salary, there are benefits and daily lunch provided.
