We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled PA to join the Investment Team at our prestigious property company.
Annual Salary Range: £27,000 - £30,000
? Working Pattern: Full Time
Contract Type: Permanent

As the PA to our Investment Team, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive support to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
What will you be doing?
Managing busy diaries and schedules to ensure meetings and appointments are well-coordinated.
Handling and prioritising incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Maintaining confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
Organising and maintaining accurate records, files, and documents.
Assisting with team coordination and collaboration, ensuring seamless teamwork across various projects.
Overseeing administrative tasks and assisting with ad hoc projects as required.
What skills and qualifications do you need?
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Excellent office management and administrative capabilities.
A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to work well under pressure.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
