About:

• One of the most prestigious and successful luxury brands in the world.
• Specialising in leather goods, lifestyle accessories, home furnishings, perfumery, jewellery, watches and ready-to-wear.
• Luxury Department store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full PA and administrative support within a Luxury Retail environment to Retail Directors & Managers.
• Including diary management, minute-taking and other ad hoc admin duties.
• Monitor and analyse store and KPI reports to provide insight into performance, able to pass on information to Key Stakeholders.
• Support the team with all Retail Operational duties, be a Brand Ambassador.

Requirements:

• Previous experience within PA / EA role, strong administrative background, preferably within a Luxury Retail brand.
• Excellent attention to detail with a can do attitude.
• Analytical, able to interpret key data.
• Highly organised, detailed, client and service-oriented with excellent communications skills.
• Computer literate, with excellent working knowledge of Excel and Power Point.
• Calm, friendly and personable approach.
• This role will provide full support to Store Directors & Managers so requires full flexibility over a retail working week, Monday - Sunday.

• Salary up to £38,000 basic depending on experience.
