Team Assistant - Investment Firm

This established firm with a massive presence globally is seeking a Team Assistant to support a Senior team based in their investment research division.
This is a  client-facing division who are looking for an Assistant who will add value to the team and can take on additional duties beyond the highly important organisational tasks such as diary management and international travel. You will have the opportunity to be in a varied role, liaise with stakeholders, organise roadshows, conferences and event management.

As an Assistant, you will be efficient, proactive and highly organisational with excellent client facing communication. You will be supporting the senior management team where you will be one step ahead. It is vital that you have supported with heavy diary management, international travel and coordinating meetings across multiple time zones. It is essential to have this experience as an Assistant to be considered for this role.
You will be an outgoing, personable and confident individual with 5 years+ a Team Assistant with experience gained within the investment sector or professional services ideally. You would have worked in fast-paced environments.
Duties will include, but not limited to:

• Coordinating complex internal and external meetings for a large team of people
• Arranging international travel arrangements and processing related expense reports
• Liaising and communication with the senior leadership team and stakeholders
• Administrative duties, from projects to event management 

Requirements:

• You must have 5 years as an Assistant.
• Excellent communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.

Note: This position is a 12-month role and if you impress, there are many roles within the company to progress into. 
5 days in office.
